Throughout my childhood there was violence in the house... sadly my dad didn't know how to be a loving father or parent.
But that seems to be the norm with far too many families. What happened to having loving memories of a childhood? We seem to say we survived! Why can't we say we thrived?
I never did that well at school... it was a place i had to be and it was safer than home.
I changed the boundaries at 15 years of age, when i threatened my father. I finally stood up to him! Calling out the bully he was.
From Job to Job to Job!
After school i did a lot of different jobs trying to find out what i wanted to do... i even became a mechanic, only lasted 8 years, because i hated it...
However i did find the gym industry through that time period. That's where i found out what i wanted to do!!
It was in Coaching and Training others! The journey begins...
